Who are we?

In 1983 Egypt and the Middle East witnessed the establishment of an IT company that was destined to change the course of IT history in the region. From day one, DMS had a goal of becoming a global company and an objective of introducing new technologies to a region that was deprived for a long time from up to date software technologies. DMS also had a dream to build, for the first time in Egypt and the Middle East, locally designed and produced software systems that would support the development of various industries in the region. more

DMS History

In 1983, DMS started the largest MIS system in Egypt. The objective was to develop the National Social Insurance System through a national network that covers all Egypt using five IBM Mainframes and over one thousand operating terminals. The Egyptian National Social Insurance project is considered one of the largest MIS projects to be implemented worldwide (at that time). Due to the resounding success of this project, DMS has been chosen to extend the project to cover all the Ministry Of Insurance’s activities to implement the "National Pension Insurance & Nasr Social Bank" ventures.

By 1986, DMS realized that Arabic speaking nations are in need of sophisticated bilingual software packages (Arabic/English) to achieve the requirements of international market standards. So, DMS decided to divert its direction... more
