Arabization

The need for translation and Arabization has augmented so that companies would be able to understand the language of each market.

In 1990, DMS started its services in software Arabization through its Arabization center that is supported by a large base of translators working together on all IBM platforms and providing experience and know-how in multiple fields such as Banking, Financial, Health, Manufacturing and Insurance, thus making the translation auditing far more advanced.

The infrastructure of the Arabization center has been strengthened by a series of projects such as: ABS (Apparel Business System), IPACRI and Systematics (banking applications for Al-Raghi bank in Saudi Arabia, ICMS (Tele-communication application for the MOPTT of Saudi Arabia), Solomon IV (Financial & Distribution Software)…etc.

Education

DMS takes the initiation on its behalf through conducting a series of educational courses that will cause a transcendent escalation in the quality of performance. Over the past decade, DMS conducted approximately 400 courses in African and Middle Eastern countries like Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia…etc.

Documentation

The documentation department takes the responsibility of covering all the functionalities and features available in the company's main packages through user manuals explaining in details how to access and how to deal with the modules' functions to get the utmost benefit from its outputs.

It is worth to mention that the department releases the Demos and Training materials used by the implementers in training customers and end users how to use the systems. It ends with an online help to support the users while using the systems.

Translation

The translation process is not the replacement of one word with another, but the formation of concepts in another language. Knowledge of the product being translated provides more understandable products to the end user.

Time and resources for educating translators should be planned well in advance. With its translation department, DMS has a team of logistics and editors who can handle professionally the translation of the user manual text. A very professional translation process is used to reach the optimum perfection.

Sheet Designer

Sheet Design is DMS' solution to provide the users with a powerful tool for designing their own sheets. It provides the user with the facility of drawing their own sheets based on their concepts and policy as well as define the data required to be displayed in the designed sheets. For instance, the HMIS users can draw their patient's medical sheets and result forms, define their own format of the lab interface, radiology...etc.

In Sheet Design, the user can easily put the layout of the sheets and reports then use them with the Sheet Entry where you can assign a new sheet or update the already assigned ones.

Report Generator

Includes a number of expert tools that help you create several kinds of reports and prepare graphs, set up the overall report format, link related databases and select records and groups for inclusion in the report.

DMS-Report Generator allows you to design reports using all of the advanced reporting features, it also provides a complete object model, allowing you to design custom interfaces for the user’s input that control report data. It has the ability to design any kind of report (list, Group, Form, mail label, or user defined) feeding the data from table link, SQL command, query builder and stored procedures. It also supports Bar-code, Rich text and chart/graph systems.

Free Query

Free Query (FQ) is a fully integrated interactive reporting utility that fits with all database-dependent applications, operates unlimited number of equations and calculations, and generates an infinite number of reports displayed in all formats and even viewed remotely through the internet web browser.

Despite the multiple advanced operations the system runs on the connected database, one of the FQ main distinguishable features is securing and maintaining all data safe and unaffected. Opposite to the high technicality and complexity of operations and calculations, a simple user friendly interface is available for non-technical users guiding them to build, view, edit, customize, personalize, publish and announce reports.

FQ users can easily develop unlimited queries, relations, charts, extract and display statistics such as “min, max, average, sum…etc, and also make various calculations and SQL queries from any connected database. Highly-leveled security is provided for both the database and the entire system views and components. It supports:

Messaging System

Messaging System targets those organizations that wish to have a middleware system that can connect between its different components through multi communication levels, and easily with no need for extensive knowledge about the technical details working behind the scene, or the way the components are communicated. The objective of the project can be technically described as a state-of-the-art utility that should:

  • Enable you to reliably and consistently integrate your applications.
  • Consider the messages priorities as messages should be executed according to the different priority levels.

SMS Messaging System

SMS (Short Message Service) has achieved huge success in the wireless world. SMS is now a major revenue generator for wireless carriers. A lot of innovative applications are now built on top of the SMS technology and more are being developed.

DMS, always coping with the modern technology, offers the SMS Messaging tool for sending thousands of SMS easily from the computer. It can be used for different activities, for example: send appointment reminder to the patient along with the time of the appointment and the resource name, send canceled appointments notification to the patients, send any administration, financial or doctor related statistical information from the database, send message for any of your patients, employees (users) or doctors easily by clicking the mouse button and selecting the recipient’s name…etc.

Executive Information System (EIS)

EIS provides different management levels with the corresponding centralized look over the organizational different data sources through a single application.

It provides a wide variety of graphical representations, reporting capabilities, selective focus capability and integration with office applications. It also enables exporting the resulted charts to different image processing applications.

EIS introduces custom display scenarios and movie styles conforming to be displayed on various display surfaces even on huge plasma screens.
